ROLE OVERVIEW
As our Inventory & Logistics Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring stock accuracy across all delivery agents and states, managing product flow, and overseeing daily delivery operations.
Your work directly affects our ability to deliver on time, eliminate losses, and maintain smooth business operations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Track inventory levels across all delivery agents and states.
Immediately after each delivery day, collect the delivery report and update how many units were delivered, sold, returned, or damaged.
Reconcile the number of products sent out vs. the number returned at the end of every delivery cycle.
Spot discrepancies early and resolve them before they turn into losses.
Assign products to delivery agents and ensure each agent signs off on what they receive.
Ensure every delivery agent submits daily end-of-day reports consistently.
Document product movement across all groups in the tracking sheet.
Communicate with delivery agents throughout the day to monitor progress.
Escalate any issues — failed deliveries, damaged items, stock shortages — immediately.
Ensure products move from the warehouse to delivery agents smoothly and on schedule.
Keep accurate records of stock levels and notify management when re-stocking is needed.
Maintain strict inventory discipline to prevent losses, theft, or mismanagement.

A sharp eye for numbers — accuracy in stock counting, reconciliation, and daily reports is non-negotiable.
Discipline and consistency — you must update inventory records every single day without fail.
Ability to identify and resolve stock or delivery issues quickly.
Efficiency in managing product movement, tracking deliveries, and preventing stock discrepancies.
Familiarity with spreadsheets, WhatsApp, and tracking tools to maintain clean, organized documentation.
