ROLE OVERVIEW
As a Customer Care Representative, your primary responsibility is to confirm orders, assist customers, and coordinate deliveries efficiently. Your work will directly impact our customer satisfaction and business success.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Call customers who place orders on our website to confirm their availability.
Clearly inform customers about delivery expectations, emphasizing that they need to be available upon delivery.
Answer customer inquiries regarding the product phone, whatsapp, email, and social media..
Resolve customer issues and ensure satisfaction.
Send confirmed orders to the appropriate delivery agents based on customer locations.
Follow up with delivery agents to ensure timely deliveries.
Assist delivery agents when customers are unreachable.
Maintain accurate records of confirmed and delivered orders on the tracking sheet.
Provide top-notch service that keeps our customers coming back!
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU
Strong communication and persuasive skills.
Ability to handle customer objections and provide clear explanations.
Diligence in following up on orders to ensure successful deliveries.
Ability to work efficiently and meet targets.
Familiarity with WhatsApp and CRM tools for communication and tracking.
