ROLE OVERVIEW
The Social Media Manager at ChoiceMartNG is responsible for handling customer interactions on WhatsApp, Instagram, and Facebook, ensuring fast response times, engaging with potential buyers, and converting inquiries into confirmed orders.
This role includes managing messages, moderating comments on ads, following up on leads, and coordinating with the sales team.
Success in this position requires excellent communication skills, a fast response rate, and a focus on driving sales through effective engagement.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Be actively online and ready to respond within minutes to customer messages and comments.
Engage with potential buyers, address inquiries with confidence, and guide them towards completing their orders.
Convert social media interactions into sales by using persuasive messaging and follow-ups.
Monitor and moderate ad comments to prevent negative impact and maximize conversions.
Keep detailed records of customer interactions and work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth order processing.
